The Sages and Mystics of the ages were philosophers, scientists, seers, practitioners and in Tantra, householders. Throughout the flow of time, they observed the biorhythms of night and day, the seasons, the years, the decades and even the centuries. They curated practices based on these observations in relation to the biology of our bodies and tendencies of our minds. They watched the patterns at which we become ensnared and what helps set us free. Their dedication, which in the Himalayan Tradition is still alive today, has resulted in foundational and advanced practices for fine-tuning the health, the mind and the spirit of human life. It is this wisdom that forms the backbone of the Sage Apprenticeship, a practice that leads us from mystery to self-mastery.
